Hi,

I just finished the mechanical part of the prototype servo joint for my planned Hexapod project. because of the bigger motor i want to use a L298N for the H-Bridge (and because i have 1 in my grab box Smile ).
To satisfy the current needs of the motor, i want to connect the 2 Bridges together, as shown in the datasheet.
That's the point where i got stuck, the L298 has also PWM A&B and Enable A&B signals, like the openservo's bridge. But the L298 PWM signals each serve the half of a bridge, with the incoming signal and the inverted one, while each Enable signal just enables the full bridge.

Please refer to the datasheet:
alldatasheet . com/datasheet-pdf/pdf/22440/STMICROELECTRONICS/L298N.html

I hope you understand where my problem is, i'm not a native speaker as you can see Smile

Is it possible to use the L298 without firmware changes?

TiA,
